RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase.

Item must be in the original non-damaged condition in which it was received. This includes packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and ALL accessories. If received in any other condition besides the one stated, item will not be accepted.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We accept returns if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. Contact us within 7 days from the order date, we will send you a return label to ship the defective products back to us, we will cover the shipping cost.

Defective Items stated defective will be checked for this defect only once we receive it. If we find the item to be in working condition we will return the unit As-Is.

Original shipping are non-refundable. Although we offer free shipping for some items, we still need to pay for the shipping, and in the case of returns shipping and handling fees paid by us will be deducted.

RETURN FOR CUSTOMER REMORSE

If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, we only accept returns if the product is in new and unused condition. Contact us within 7 days from the order date for exchange or refund from the order date.

 

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange,

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CHANGING/CANCELLING ORDERS:

Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to be sure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders. Many are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled. If an order is not shipped, please contact us to cancel the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
